Return Conditions:
• All returned products must be complete and include ALL original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any other documentation from the original shipment.
• Proof of purchase is required for all return or refund claims.
Incorrect Products:
• If you receive an incorrect product, please notify SHR Fibre Ltd within 14 days. We will arrange for an exchange.
Damaged Deliveries:
• If your delivery arrives damaged, we recommend refusing delivery from the carrier. If you accept the package, ensure the damage is noted on the carrier’s delivery record to support a damage claim.
• Keep the product in its original packaging and notify our customer service within 48 hours. Failure to report damaged goods within this timeframe may result in the standard return policy applying instead.
Defective Products:
• Defective products can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
Non-Defective Products:
• Non-defective products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that shipping charges for non-defective returns are non-refundable. We recommend using a carrier that provides proof of delivery and fully insuring your return shipment for your protection.
Refused Deliveries:
